Our Fire Shutters are suitable and ideal for many applications such as serving hatches, stairway fire escapes, shopping malls and schools etc. where there is a need to comply with British standards, fire regulations and building regulations and are constructed to meet BS476 part 22, 1987 clause 8.

Our fire shutters can be up to 4 hours fire rated and be operated by your existing smoke/fire alarm system or independently by a fusible link or solenoid release and operate via a controlled decent motor to comply with health and safety legislation.

All fire shutters can be powder coated to any BS or RAL colour of your choice.

To comply with the 'Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1997', BS EN 13241-1:2003 product standard and you meet your Health and Safety obligations, TSS also offers an annual fire shutter maintenance service programme to all of our customers.
